Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company in Lafayette, LA is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed OTR/regional work. Earn up to $127,000 per year with 60 CPM base pay plus incentives, plus $1,250 orientation pay and a $1,350 weekly minimum for qualifying weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 2+ years Regional or OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Top-tier pay with real incentives. Earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay that starts day one, up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay, rewarding consistency.
• Extra pay for the work you do, including $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
• Regional and OTR routes available with home time every 2-3 weeks depending on location.
• Paid orientation, $1,250 orientation pay, so you're paid from the start.
