Job summary

Norbet Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers to join our team with $0.52 per mile pay and the promise of home every weekend. You will be responsible for safely transporting materials to regional and local customers while following DOT and company policies.

Assigned tractor, stops/detention/layover pay, and a supportive team environment are provided. We offer paid holidays, sick and vacation time, medical/dental/vision insurance, life/AD&D, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of flatbed driving experience.
• Experience hauling steel is a plus.
• Clean driving record with no accidents or violations in the past 3 years.
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, transport, and deliver freight.
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Work closely with dispatch for delivery assignments.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips.
• Read and follow bills of lading and delivery schedules.
• Report accidents or safety concerns per DOT requirements.
• Represent the company professionally while providing safe and dependable service.
