Job summary

USA Truck is seeking CDL-A flatbed drivers for a dedicated fleet with high weekly earnings and consistent miles. Expect 2,700 miles per tour, up to 3,000+ weekly, and a $0.05 CPM quarterly bonus. Home every 3-4 weeks for 3-4 days on a 2,700 mile tour.

Earn a limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus, with monthly $500 payments starting after hire. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, company-paid life and AD&D, 401(k), HSA/FSA options, PTO, paid orientation, and 6 paid holidays annually.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 6+ months CDL-A driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI or major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer on dedicated flatbed routes.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Home time every 3–4 weeks for 3–4 days; 2,700 mile tour (up to 3,000+ miles weekly).
