Rouse Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers to haul pipe, coils, and building materials from Little Rock, AR. Home time every 7–14 days with a 34–48 hour reset, and routes primarily east of I-35.
Flatbed experience required; tarping on about 3 of 5 loads; load securement is part of the job. Assigned Peterbilt tractors and 48-foot trailers, with weekend and route stability. A $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers is offered.

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced flatbed drivers to move pipe, coils, building materials, and similar freight. Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, with both loaded and empty miles paid.
Flatbed experience is an important part of this position.
Drivers are home every 7–14 days for a 34–48 hour reset. Established freight lanes and regional scheduling provide a practical rhythm between productive time out and scheduled resets at home.
Drivers can take their assigned truck home when they have a safe place to park it. Regular maintenance helps support dependable operation and reduce downtime.
Transition pay is provided during the first few weeks as drivers become familiar with routes, scheduling, and dispatch operations.
One pet is allowed. There are no breed or weight restrictions, and cats are allowed.
Drivers may also bring one passenger with the required liability form. The passenger must be at least 10 years old.
