CPC Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers willing to obtain a doubles endorsement. Earn $29.25 per hour with day-one benefits and strong home time.

Pay increases at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months, plus a $1,500–$2,500 referral bonus, medical/dental and $50,000 life insurance on day 1, a 401(k) with company contribution and 8 paid holidays starting at 6 months. Tailored routes and touch freight complete the offer.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CDL-A.
• CDL doubles endorsement.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience or 6 months of experience and a certificate from an accredited CDL school.
• Must be willing and able to unload tailgated freight using a conveyor roller system.
• Must be able to meet all DOT requirements.
• Ability to push, pull, or carry freight weighing up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive for top private fleets across the country and be part of CPC Logistics driver network.
• Operate safely and comply with DOT regulations to ensure on-time, secure deliveries.
• Contribute to reliable freight movement and customer satisfaction, with home time as a priority.
