Responsibilities

EXPEDITED REEFER TEAM

We are currently onboarding Class A CDL drivers for high-mileage, round-trip cross-country reefer runs out of California. This dedicated account is geared for teams looking for high weekly mileage, straight-line cross-country lanes, and reliable pay.

COMPENSATIVE & MILEAGE BREAKDOWN

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,130 per driver
• Top 10% Weekly Pay: $2,270 per driver
• Annual Earnings: $110,560 average ($118,040 for top earners)
• CPM Rate: $0.325 – $0.395 CPM per driver (paid on ALL truck miles)
• Weekly Distance: Averaging ~4,900 combined miles per week

THE LANE & FLEET OPERATIONS

• Origin Terminal: Freight stages out of Gilroy, CA with return loops coming straight back to California.
• Delivery Hubs: Runs connect directly to key distribution centers in IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, and FL.
• Freight Type: Temperature-controlled reefer cargo. Live loading in Gilroy, but 100% Zero-Touch freight for drivers (dock crews handle all loading and unloading).
• Equipment: Automatic tandem-axle sleeper cabs hauling 53' reefer trailers.
• Team Structure: Intact teams are welcome, but single drivers are encouraged to apply—we frequently pair up solo drivers into compatible teams.

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

• On-the-Road Resets: Expect 34-hour weekly resets while on the road.
• Home Time Interval: Home every 2 to 3 weeks.
• Accrual Rate: Earn 1 full day off for every week spent on the road (up to 5 days maximum per home stint).

TERMINAL & DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Hiring Radius: Must reside within 50 miles of Colton, CA.
• Commute: Must have personal, reliable transportation to and from the terminal in Colton, CA.
• Licensing: Active Class A CDL.
• Screening: Clean driving record (MVR) and ability to pass standard pre-employment DOT background check and drug tests.
