Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Equipment Transport Driver to load, unload and deliver equipment to customer sites and branch locations. You will maintain paperwork, ensure vehicle appearance, and instruct customers on safe operation of equipment.

The role requires strong safety awareness, reliability, and the ability to work with multiple teams to keep deliveries on schedule. Excellent customer service is essential, with 75–100% travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years professional driving experience.
• 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years working knowledge of construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain daily truck logs, fuel/mileage reports and DOT/IFTA paperwork.
• Manage company fuel card usage and reporting.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure clean, professional appearance.
• Assist with other departments when needed to support operations.
• Explain and demonstrate safe equipment operation to customers.
• Promote additional products/services to customers as appropriate.
