You will safely transport heavy equipment, perform DOT-compliant inspections, and ensure loads are secured on flatbed/lowboy trailers. A clean driving record and drug/background checks are required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 2–5 years experience hauling heavy equipment.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and haul heavy equipment to and from job sites and designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Secure and properly chain down loads to ensure safe transport.
• Operate flatbed, hydro-tail, or step-deck trailers as required for equipment hauling.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety standards.
