Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Class A CDL Enddump Driver to safely transport liquid cargo, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log hours, and coordinate with dispatch.

You’ll work 40–60 hours weekly, with potential weekend hauling, and enjoy a $1000 annual retention bonus, competitive weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our safety‑focused, growth-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; Endump experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Enddump experience; able to drive manual/automatic transmissions.
• Ability to manage time and maintain route consistency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with dispatch and customers.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and have clean MVR.
• Must be 21+ with 2-year tractor-trailer experience or 23+ with other qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles per DOT requirements and laws.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain records and logs; submit documentation to the appropriate party.
• Load/unload cargo and prevent spills; ensure cargo integrity.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and corporate office regularly.
• Attend weekly safety calls and trainings; adapt to seasonal hours.
