Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CDL A driver to operate dump trucks and roll-off equipment. You will load and secure loads, ensure safety, maintain logs and paperwork, and deliver on time while following DOT regulations. The role requires strong safety focus and teamwork in a field-based environment.

The position may require night or weekend work and offers comprehensive benefits and a company-driven safety culture.

Qualifications

• CDL A license is required.
• Dump trailer experience is a must.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications.
• Current DOT medical card is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes, safety rules, tickets, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment physical.
• Able to work night or weekend shifts.
• Detail oriented due to safety.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Thrives in a team environment.
• CDL certification from an accredited driving school; one year driving experience preferred or substituted.
• Experience in energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the truck is loaded and secured properly.
• Verify weight of shipments for accuracy.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and keep the truck clean.
• Maintain current inspections and meet DOT requirements.
• Keep accurate driver qualification and driving records.
• Process and file all required paperwork correctly.
• Drive safely and on time for deliveries.
• Coordinate with Procurement for deliveries and pickups.
• Represent the company in uniform and professional manner.
• Load/unload as required; work in yard and field as needed.
