Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate your assigned Class A tractor-trailer to transport bulk commodities safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Follow written directions of predetermined route and ensure timely transport and delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch as needed.
• Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean.
• Turn in DVIR as needed to maintenance.
• Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered.
• Follow delivery schedule for on time pick-up and deliveries.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in accordance with the weather/road conditions.
• Comply with DOT regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
• 1+ years verifiable experience in commercial truck driving preferred.
• Decent driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid medical card.
