Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways is actively hiring CDL-A Dry Van drivers for local, dedicated, and regional routes with flexible home time and no-touch freight. You’ll operate 100% no-touch dry van freight across 300–500 mile runs with weekly home time on regional shifts.

We offer a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,350 and a minimum $75k annual target, plus safety bonus and accessorial pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation and orientation.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required.
• Safe driving record is required.
• Experience with no-touch freight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive local, dedicated, and regional routes in a 100% no-touch dry van.
• Maintain a consistent weekly home time on regional routes.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and comply with safety standards.
