Job summary

Dollar Tree in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver for a dedicated regional route across North Mississippi, Central Mississippi and select West Tennessee markets. You will earn weekly pay with mileage-based compensation, unload pay, and potential safety incentives.

This position requires full hand unloading and includes both night and day shifts with weekly home time. Starting location is Olive Branch, MS.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be able to perform full hand unloading.
• Night driving experience preferred and able to meet delivery schedules.

Join a dedicated regional dry van operation based in Olive Branch, MS, with routes across North and Central Mississippi and select West Tennessee markets. Earn competitive weekly pay with mileage-based compensation, unload pay, and potential safety incentives. This position includes full hand unloading, night driving, and weekly home time.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400–$1,700
• $0.50 per mile on all miles
• $200 unload pay
• $25 stop pay
• $40 for loads under 100 miles
• $50 for backhauls, plus mileage
• $100 weekly availability bonus for eligible drivers who remain available 5 days per week with no service failures or accidents
• Safety bonus for eligible drivers
• Weekly home time
• Day and night shifts available
• Some weekend and holiday work may be required
