Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC offers a western regional truck-driving opportunity with 7–8 days out and 48 hours at home. Expect 2,800 to 3,200 miles weekly on 100% no-touch dry van freight, with orientation pay and comprehensive benefits.

Drivers operate from Salt Lake City, UT, with a CDL-A, DOT medical card, and 6 months of regional or OTR experience. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other perks are available to eligible drivers.

Responsibilities

• Haul general dry van freight across western lanes including California depending on freight.
• Operate within a western regional setup with 7–8 days out and 48 hours home time.
• Follow Safety & Compliance guidelines as reviewed by Safety & Compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch on loads and routing to maintain 2,800–3,200 miles per week.

Job Overview

• Pay: $1,600 to $2,000 per week
• Freight: 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Home Time: 48-hour home time after 7-8 days out

Easier dry van freight and strong weekly miles give CDL-A truck drivers a western regional setup with pay of $1,600 to $2,000 per week and scheduled home time.

Route & Home Time

You will be out for 7-8 days, then home for 48 hours, running 2,800 to 3,200 miles per week. Drivers must live within 50 miles of the hiring area. Home time longer than two days may require slip seating.

Freight

Haul general dry van freight across western lanes, including California depending on freight. Drivers may run outside the indicated route depending on freight and customer demand.

Driver Requirements

Class A CDL license, valid Medical DOT Card, and 6 months of regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months. All reports are reviewed by Safety & Compliance.

Load Details

• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Drop and hook for most loads
• Some live load/unload

Equipment & Tractor Trailer

Monthly productivity/safety bonus of up to an additional 5¢ per mile on all monthly miles. Clean Inspection Bonus and Optional Per Diem are also available.
