Job summary

4th Day Trucking in California seeks a semi-local solo-driver with 3 months of experience. The lane covers California with about 2,074 miles per week, on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, and a potential 6th day based on customer demands.

Start time 14:00–18:00 for 12–14 working hours per day. There may be 2–3 layovers weekly. No touch freight but drivers must chain heavy cargo when weather dictates. Paid orientation upon completion and hire.

Qualifications

• Must have personal transportation and pass a drug test.
• 21 years old minimum, valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment record.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years, this will be checked.
• Drug-free status required, SAP candidates are NOT accepted.
• Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
