Job summary

Andrus Transportation Services is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional dry van routes across the Western United States. You’ll work with a dedicated Fleet Manager, enjoy 24/7 support, and operate modern, reliable Freightliner equipment with 70% drop-and-hook freight.

Expect 2,600+ miles per week, home time every 7–10 days, and performance bonuses. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k), and pet/rider policies. Must be 23+, have a CDL-A, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• CDL-A credential required with Class A driving experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Clean driving record with no recent DUI/DWI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch or drop-and-hook freight across WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, CO, ID, NV.
• Maintain home time every 7–10 days and meet weekly mileage targets (2,600+ miles).
• Partner with Fleet Manager for efficient dispatch and safety compliance.

What You’ll Earn

• Pay: Up to $.60 CPM DOE + $.04 CPM production bonus
• Minimum $2,600+ miles per week
