Job summary

DriveTime Transports is looking for CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account with home weekly. Routes include NC, SC, AL, GA, TN and VA, with day and night shifts and no touch freight on most loads.

Starting pay is 0.64 CPM plus $40 for loads under 100 miles, with a performance and safety bonus up to 0.04 CPM. Most drivers return home on Friday or Saturday, and a transfer to home daily is possible after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A truck driving experience.
• No unemployment gaps greater than 30 days in the last year.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years; crash reports required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer on dedicated routes home weekly.
• Maintain logs and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Follow safety guidelines; avoid no-touch freight unless specified.

DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE

STARTING CPM: $.64 with $40 for any load under 100 miles

PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY BONUS UP TO $.04

MOST DRIVERS LEAVE OUT OF SUNDAY AND BACK ON FRIDAY OR LEAVE OUT ON MONDAY AND BACK SATURDAY.

NO UNEMPLOYMENT OVER 90 DAYS ACCEPTED

ALL ACCIDENTS (CMV OR PERSONAL VEHICLE) IN THE LAST 5 YEARS, REGARDLESS OF FAULT - CRASH REPORTS ARE REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS RECENT CDL-A TRUCK DRIVING EXPERIENCE.

No more than 4 Driving jobs in the last 12 months. NO UNEMPLOYMENT GREATER THAN 30 DAYS!

No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years (ACCIDENT REPORT REQUIRED BEFORE BEING SCHEDULED)

No more than 2 MV’s in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months

No SAP drivers on this account
