Job summary

FirstFleet is seeking full-time CDL-A drivers for a Phoenix-based dedicated extra board, delivering groceries and goods for grocery brand stores. Loads are preloaded, palletized, and shrink-wrapped with multiple home-time options. Local/Intrastate AZ routes plus occasional trips to Las Vegas, ABQ, Riverside/Victorville, Denver and more.

100% No Touch Freight and newer model trucks are provided. Weekly pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,500+ per week ($0.70 per mile up to 149 miles or less).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 3 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with three or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Must read and communicate in English for safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and goods for grocery brand stores on dedicated routes.
• Loads are preloaded, palletized and shrink-wrapped; no turnarounds for loading.
• Operate day cab routes locally and intrastate, with occasional overnight runs.

Phoenix, AZ Regional Driver Job Details:

• Local/Intrastate AZ:
  • Delivering locally and intrastate within AZ, returning the same day/night using a day cab.
• Las Vegas:
  • Drop and hook to Henderson, NV.
• Overnight Runs:
  • To Albuquerque (ABQ) and back.
• CA Runs:
  • To Riverside/Victorville and back.
• Long-haul Runs:
  • To Denver, CO and back.

Requirements

• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application
• At least 3 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window
• Must be able to read and communicate in English for safety compliance
• Must live in the Valley/PHX, Arizona area
