Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a CDL-A driver for a dedicated regional dry van route based out of West Memphis, AR. The role offers home weekly with average weekly pay around $1,650 and potential top weekly pay up to $1,800. Expect ~1,500 miles weekly, ~3 loads and ~3 stops per load, with roto-carts and lift gates for unloading.

Drivers will operate on a regional account covering AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL. Home weekly with a 34‑hour reset and consistent weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable unloading full truckload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
• Able to safely park assigned equipment.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated regional dry van account.
• Deliver approximately 1,500 miles per week across AR/TX/OK/TN/LA/MS/MO/KY/IL/AL.
• Make ~3 loads per week with ~3 stops per load.
• Unload using roto-carts and lift gates as needed.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
