NIS EXPRESS is hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR routes in Winter Haven, FL, with 100% no-touch dry van freight and a home-time schedule that holds week to week. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply.

We offer 14 days out with 2 days home, weekly direct deposit, orientation pay, and a mentorship program for new drivers, transitioning seasoned drivers into solo operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Solid driving record and work history.
• Pass DOT drug test and background check.
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count.
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program.
