Job summary

American Driver is seeking CDL A Driver Trainee. You will start with guaranteed training pay of $900 per week from day one, training for 4–6 weeks alongside an experienced driver, and you’ll handle real loads and deadlines from week one.

After training, solo pay starts at 0.56 CPM with performance increases and an average weekly pay of $1,200–$1,500. Loads are mostly no-touch, with 60% drop and hook, 2,200–2,500 miles weekly, and weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, age 21+
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
• No major violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI in the past 5 years

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van, no-touch freight
• 2,200–2,500 miles per week, year-round
• Drop and hook on ~60% of loads
• Weekly home time
