Job summary

NIS Express in Oklahoma City seeks new CDL drivers. Trainees ride with an experienced trainer for 4–6 weeks, earning $800 per week during training, then go solo with a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months.

Long hauls west of the Mississippi with home every 2–3 weeks. Typical weekly gross ranges from $1,100 to $1,400, plus $0.50 per mile and stop pay. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and at least 21 years old.
• New drivers: 120+ hours at accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in last 12 months, or 12+ months in last 5 years.
• Clean record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-haul routes on open western roads.
• Maintain safety and CDL compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet schedules.
