TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in New Bedford, MA. This touch freight role features a local route, Sunday-Thursday schedule, starting at 4:30pm and 9-hour days.

You’ll earn $27 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and a $250 quarterly attendance bonus, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and a referral program. Route includes deliveries to nearby cities with automatic transmission trucks.

Formación

• 1+ year driving experience
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Clean MVR in last 3 years
• Schedule includes Sunday-Thursday, 9-hour days

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet physical demands of the role

CDL A MinimumRequirements:

License: CDL A

Experience:12+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:
