Job summary

The full-time role requires a CDL A license, a DOT medical card, ability to work nights or weekends, and the discipline to maintain accurate records and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a CDL A driver.
• CDL A license.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Current D.O.T. medical card.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes, safety rules, tickets, and manuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary.
• Detail-oriented for safety.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• CDL certification from accredited driving school and one year of similar driving experience (experience may be substituted).
• Experience in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks with up to 18-wheeler capacity, transporting materials and equipment.
• Ensure truck is loaded and secured properly; manage weight of shipments.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance, security, and cleanliness; ensure proper inspections.
• Comply with DOT requirements and maintain driving records.
• Keep paperwork in order and document transactions; deliver on time.
• Load and unload as required; work in yard and field as needed.
• Represent the company in a professional manner in uniform.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
