Job summary

Ashtead Technology is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to support our Houston operations. You will play a key role in keeping the Ashtead Technology facility running smoothly and performing deliveries to meet customer demand.

You will deliver and collect equipment from vendors, customers, and Ashtead locations across the USA, maintain vehicle cleanliness, support QHSE inspections, and assist the team with duties as required.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with Dot endorsement required.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Experience with flatbed dually and goose neck trailers up to 40 ft.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Delivery/Collection of equipment from Vendors, Customers, and other Ashtead Locations within the USA.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and support QHSE vehicle inspections including arranging servicing and maintenance.
• Assist the wider team and shop technicians with their duties as required.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as required.
• Follow company risk assessments for various tasks required to be carried out as required.
