Empower Rental Group is hiring a CDL A Driver in Greenville, SC to deliver rental equipment to customers while maintaining safety and DOT compliance. You will load, unload, secure cargo and perform basic maintenance. Overnight travel may be required and you’ll report maintenance needs to the Branch Manager promptly.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, neat appearance, and adherence to FMCSA regulations and company policies. Eligible drivers start with weekly pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Strong understanding of driving policies and road rules.
• Defensive driving skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Transport rental equipment to and from customer sites using a CDL A truck.
• Safely navigate construction sites and unload equipment at locations.
• Keep truck and tools in safe working order and perform basic maintenance.
• Complete DOT logs daily and ensure FMCSA compliance.
• Report needed maintenance to the Branch Manager promptly.
• Occasionally travel overnight for long-distance deliveries.
