Job summary

Shaffer Trucking is hiring for a Company Driver (Regional) in the United States. Top pay for the program includes starting pay of 60 to 63 CPM depending on experience, with health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) benefits.

Detention pay and a generous profit-sharing plan are part of the package. Home time is out 12 days and home 2 days, with refrigerated equipment and fleet operations supporting regional routes.

• Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver's license.
• 1 year of experience.
• No DOT preventable in the last year or less than 3 preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No CDL violations in the last year
• Less than 5 citations in the last 5 years.
