Job summary

Phoenix Building Solutions is seeking experienced transport and setup professionals to deliver and install park model homes. You will play a key role in representing the company with customers and ensuring high-quality setup on site.

Travel is required as part of project-based deliveries. The team emphasizes professionalism, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic to support a growing national reputation for quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Prior experience pulling park models or oversized loads preferred.
• Willingness to learn home setup procedures (blocking, leveling, tie-downs).
• Ability to safely handle large loads and work with a professional field team.
• Physically capable of setup work as needed.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Pull park models and manufactured housing units.
• Coordinate with escort vehicles and permits.
• Assist with blocking and leveling homes.
• Install anchors and tie-downs as required.
• Assist with skirting installation.
• Perform minor setup adjustments and warranty work if needed.
• Work as part of a professional team on job sites.
• Represent the company professionally to customers.

This is NOT a steering‑wheel CDL job.

We are looking for experienced transport professionals who understand the realities of delivering and setting park models/modular type homes.

Our delivery team is the final representation of our company to the customer, and we expect professionalism, problem‑solving ability, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Valid CDL‑A license
• Clean driving record
• Prior experience pulling park models or Oversized Loads Preferred.
• Eagerness to learn home setup procedures (blocking, leveling, tie‑downs, etc.)
• Ability to safely handle large loads and understand weight distribution
• Ability to work as part of a professional field team
• Physically capable of performing setup work when required
• Strong attention to safety and detail

What This Job Actually Is

This position is part of a professional transport and setup crew responsible for delivering and installing park model homes.
