Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Roseburg, OR is offering a training-focused driver role for CDL-A holders with little to no experience. Trainees ride with an experienced trainer and earn $650 weekly, then move to solo driving on full pay with a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 3 months. Expect 1,700–2,100 miles weekly with home every two weeks.

There is potential to run beyond the western states for more miles. Average weekly earnings range from $1,000 to $1,300, with a mileage-based pay scale and up to 6

Qualifications

• CDL-A in hand, with no driving experience required for training.
• Complete 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school for entry.
• 6 months OTR in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 5 years to skip training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry van freight across 11 western states.
• Average 1,700–2,100 miles per week.
• Be home every 2 weeks.
• Option to run beyond western states for more miles.
