Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Spokane is seeking new CDL-A holders with little or no driving experience to start a paid training path. You will ride with an experienced trainer on real loads, earning $900 weekly during training, then move into your own truck on full pay once the trainer signs off.

The job covers dry van freight with around 2,000 miles per week, home every two weeks, and a pay package including an average of $1,400 per week, plus bonuses and a $15 stop pay. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license or training in progress.
• Must be safe on the road and able to follow company policies.
• Willing to learn from trainer and adapt to real freight.
• Live within 100 miles of Inland Northwest hiring cities.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight on long-haul routes.
• Target around 2,000 miles per week with consistent schedules.
• Go home every two weeks and advance to solo driving after training.
