Job summary

Thind Transport LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers and owner-operators who live in Indiana (Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Gary and elsewhere) to haul freight across 48 states. Regional routes offer weekly home time; OTR runs 2–3 weeks with real route planning. Choose flatbed, reefer, or dry van based on what you’re set up for.

Dispatch provides a direct line and timely support. We’re a 12-year family carrier in Kent, WA with honest pay and straightforward communication.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A, 2+ years verifiable experience preferred.
• Clean-enough MVR – we look at the whole picture, not one ding.
• Owner operators: truck in roadworthy shape; we handle the rest.
• Live anywhere in Indiana or along our lanes – the freight comes to you.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed, reefer or dry van loads as you’re set up for.
• Maintain compliance and timely communication with dispatch.
• Accept loads with clear lane plans and keep freight moving across the region.
