Thind Transport LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers and owner operators who live in Maryland. We operate 48-state freight with a Kent, WA home yard and flexible lanes. You pick your setup: flatbed, reefer or dry van. Regional drivers get home weekly, while OTR runs span 2–3 weeks with real route planning and direct dispatch.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and verifiable driving experience preferred.
• Clean-enough MVR; full picture considered, not a single ding.
• Live anywhere in Maryland or along our lanes; freight comes to you.

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-state freight with flexibility to select flatbed, reefer or dry van.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to lane plans.
• Be available for regional routes with weekly home time or OTR cycles of 2–3 weeks.
