Job summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our transportation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to designated destinations, ensuring timely delivery and contributing to our reputation for reliability. Responsibilities include operating company trucks, delivering and relocating materials, maintaining DOT/OSHA certifications, and upholding safety and quality standards on every job site while supporting

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• One year of flatbed tractor-trailer experience.
• Must learn to operate all MHE used by the company.
• Availability for overnights 2-3 nights on average.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
• Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organization for paperwork/logs.
• Excellent communication with dispatchers, customers, and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate company owned/leased trucks for shipping/receiving.
• Deliver, pickup and relocate construction materials/equipment.
• Maintain required DOT/OSHA certifications and safety programs.
• Safely haul material to jobsites.
• Protect company property in excellent condition.
• Perform other tasks to support the team.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
