Job summary

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Rancho Cordova, CA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay is $28 per hour straight time with a 12 AM start and local route type. Equipment is Reefer Trailers. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and a referral program.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required.
• 1+ year of recent, verifiable driving experience.
• Clean MVR with no major violations in last 3 years.
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on regional and local routes.
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain logs and paperwork accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.
