Job summary

Class A Recruiting Inc. seeks motivated new CDL A graduates to launch their trucking careers with a company that provides support and real growth opportunities.

We will train you and place you in an Over the Road driving role: 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family, about 2500–3000 miles weekly. Benefits include health, dental, and vision, weekly pay, 24/7 driver support, and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• Recent CDL school graduate with clean MVR and background.
• Must pass DOT drug screen.
• Ability to maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer, including Dry Van loads, safely and professionally.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Complete on-time pickups and deliveries as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver managers.
• Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and required documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Represent the company with professionalism and reliability.
