Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver – SCM in Albuquerque, NM to serve as the face of the company while delivering food and related products on intrastate and interstate routes. You will perform safety checks, load/unload, document routes, and interact professionally with customers.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, clean MVR, and DOT health card, with on-time deliveries and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL-A and must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Reports safety issues and repairs; follows DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Inspects trailer for loaded freight and secures freight.
• Delivers customer orders according to route and schedules; unloads freight.
• Completes required paperwork and verifies delivery with customers; collects payments where required.
• Maintains daily hours of service logs per DOT and company requirements.
• Keeps tractor, trailer, and loading areas clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
