Job summary

The Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL to deliver, rotate, and merchandise stock at retail outlets in the Athens area. The role requires a Class A CDL, DOT compliance, and a focus on accurate shelf presentation.

You will work closely with Sales Supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain safety standards, and manage backstock while supporting a fast-paced route environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and able to obtain Class A CDL.
• Maintain DOT physical requirements and comply with safety policies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong math skills.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, rotate, and merchandise product on shelf, displays and all cold equipment.
• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets and maintains backstock.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide superior service.
• Comply with DOT rules and company safety policies; monitor product condition.
• Assist training and coaching of delivery merchandiser trainees.
