Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos offers a program for drivers to train others while leasing their truck. We lease a Pete 579 Cummins engine with zero down and no credit check, with two deductions: truck payment and insurance.

You earn $1.50 per mile you drive plus your trainee's miles, with bonuses after each driver graduates and remains for one year. Most routes are dry van and within Texas; trucks include fridge, inverter, XM radio, and TV mount.

Qualifications

• CDL A endorsement and clean driving record required.
• Experience mentoring and training drivers.
• Good mechanical knowledge of truck and trailer systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new drivers while leasing your truck.
• Maintain good MVR and ensure trainees have no SAP violations.
• Ensure compliance with leasing and safety requirements.
• Provide a safe and productive driving environment for trainees.
• Track and report mileage and driver progress to program administrators.
