CDL Class A Truck Driver / Material Handler

Responsibilities
Deliver merchandise to customers and assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials
Comply with Irby and DOT safety rules and regulations
Uphold the integrity of the branch team through exceptional service standards and efficiency
Work independently to load, unload, and move materials within or near work site
Fill orders and issues materials and supplies per requests
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies
Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commercial Driver's License
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent
Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages thatweigh up to 50lbs
Availability for storm response and emergency operations as needed, which may fall within non-traditional work hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
