Job summary
L&L Fabrication in Loveland, CO seeks a CDL driver to safely deliver finished goods and equipment. You will operate a semi-truck and gooseneck trailer, handle loading/unloading, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
The role may include occasional out-of-state trips depending on business needs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered, with emphasis on safe, timely deliveries and professional interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Must have valid CDL/Driver’s License with endorsements.
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills required.
- Ability to operate forklift and handle loading/unloading safely.
- Commitment to safety rules on company and customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate a semi-truck and gooseneck trailer per state and federal laws.
- Transport loads safely and on time while obeying traffic laws.
- Maneuver truck into loading/unloading areas and follow signals.
- Assist with loading/unloading and securing loads.
- Maintain invoices and shipping documents; deliver to shipping staff.
- Perform routine truck maintenance and report issues.
- Arrange trailers in yards for efficient loading patterns.
- Photograph loads for documentation and proof of pickup/delivery.
- Collaborate with managers and customers professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
