Feeding South Florida is seeking a Class A Driver to perform pickup, transport, and delivery/unloading of products, with duties spanning warehouse tasks and vehicle maintenance. The role requires customer-facing enthusiasm and adherence to safety standards.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour, with full-time schedule in a warehouse and field environment. A valid CDL-A and at least one year of driving experience are required to join a team dedicated to serving the community.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• Able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• FMCSA clearinghouse registration preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (oral & written).
• Able to lift and carry weight per OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Pick up and deliver food and grocery items to partner agencies and partners.
• Inspect and maintain equipment in a safe, professional manner per regulations.
• Comply with safety policies and report conditions needing management attention.
• Communicate with dispatch, donors, and partners about daily tasks.
• Ensure food items are transported under sanitary conditions and proper temperatures.
• Assist with warehouse functions and equipment operation as needed.
