Job summary

Valor is actively seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account with weekly home time. Pay combines CPM and per-trailer unloads, averaging $1,500+ per week, with larger earnings possible for top performers. Health benefits begin after 60 days, and drivers may take the truck home or park securely.

Routes cover AZ, S CAL, NV and UT, with resets weekly and a 5.5-day schedule. Requirements include 6 months of Class A experience in the last year (or 12 months total), clean driving history

Qualifications

6 months of Class A experience in the last year or 12 months total.
No major moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 3 years.
No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years with none of the following in the last 5 years: Rollover or Accident with transported injuries.
Cannot have been terminated from last two jobs and must have 6 months of clean driving since termination.

Responsibilities

Drive on a dedicated account with home weekly and 34+ hour reset.
Transport to stores across AZ, S. CAL, NV and UT; unload as required and return to PHX pre-loaded trailer.
Take truck home or park at a secure location; 5.5 days out per rotation.
Maintain safety, comply with CPM/pay structure and deliver 2–4 stops per trailer.
