Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account running GA and FL with no-touch freight and weekly home time. First-year pay is $80K+, with average weekly pay around $1,532 and CPM between $0.52 and $0.57, plus $15 per stop.

You’ll pick up trailers in Midway and deliver to GA/FL stores, mostly no touch with some live unload. Shifts run 7–14 hours, weekends/nights required (start time 17:00–22:00).

Qualifications

• 6 months verifiable Class A Experience in the last 12 months
• 12 months verifiable in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations or incidents in the last three years and PSP warnings count towards a violation
• No more than 3 minor incidents or accidents in the last three years at fault
• No more than one highway accident in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in the last three years in which the total accident cost was greater than $25,000
• Cannot have failed a DOT Drug test in the last five years and must have one full year of safe driving under the SAP program
• If terminated from job for accidents must have 12 months of safe driving experience
• If terminated from job for safety that was not an accident must be 6 months of safe driving
• All felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed by safety but may not have any felonious drug charges in the last 7 years
• No more than two DUIs in a lifetime and none in the last five years
• No more than 5 jobs in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Deliveries to GA and FL; all no touch freight with ~4% live unload
• Pick up trailers from DC in Midway and deliver to GA/FL stores
• Weekly pay; CPM pay between $0.52 and $0.57; stop pay $15 per stop
• Pay includes 3 nights away from home; home time weekly
