Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Air Brake Endorsement.
• Proven CDL driver experience, preferably in construction or logistics.
• Knowledge of load securement and material handling.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in varying weather.
• Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle and trailer.
• Transport crane equipment, rigging gear, and materials to and from job sites.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and delivered on time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify and report vehicle or equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain vehicle condition in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and setup of crane and rigging equipment.
• Work with other drivers, riggers, signalmen along with crane operators during mobilization and demobilization.
• Support safe, efficient crane operations through teamwork and communication.
• Participate in jobsite activities beyond driving, as needed.
• Follow all DOT, federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with field crews, logistics teams, clients, and vendors.
• Represent Northwest Corp professionally at all job sites and customer locations.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
