Airgas is seeking a CDL A Driver in Phoenix, AZ. You will safely deliver compressed gas cylinders to local and regional customers, perform inspections, load/unload, and maintain professional customer relationships.

The role emphasizes home nightly schedules, a daytime start, and a team‑oriented work environment. Eligible drivers possess Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements, with a credentialed driving history and clean record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements.
• Hazmat endorsement required to be considered.
• 1 year of CDL driving in the last 5 years or recent trucking school completion.
• Valid license, medical card, and endorsements; clean record with limited incidents.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently delivering compressed gas cylinders to local and regional customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load/unload daily with cylinders and supplies.
• Maintain courteous, professional relationships with customers; deliver on time.
• Safely strap/unstrap cylinders and work on customer sites with a hand cart; regular vehicle exits.
