Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to deliver goods locally and be home daily. The role runs Friday through Monday from 3pm to 12:30am, with overtime after 40 hours and a $2.50 shift premium.

You will operate tractors and box trucks, perform dock loading/unloading, and maintain safe driving practices to ensure timely deliveries. Starting pay is $30.50 per hour with potential overtime; candidates must have a CDL A license, a clean driving record, and at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A current valid CDL A license and a safe driving record.
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractors pulling 53-foot trailers and box trucks in and around the site or on public roads.
• Touch freight position loading and unloading at docks.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
