Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking Class A CDL drivers for home-daily routes with a major automotive customer. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates. Night and day shifts with overtime after 40 hours. Expect 5-6 day weeks and potential annual earnings in the $70k–$90k range.

Routes include local shuttle work with various start times; relocation to Kansas City, MO may be required. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with valid CDL A.
• 3–6 months of tractor-trailer experience depending on route.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate company tractor-trailer on local home-daily routes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies; complete logs and paperwork.
• Coordinate with dispatch for timely, efficient deliveries and pickups.
