Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers safely, on time and with courtesy. As the world's largest equipment rental provider, you’ll have a chance to advance your career and contribute to our growth, and you’ll be home every night.

Your day will include dropping off and picking up equipment, operating construction vehicles, maintaining logs, and performing pre-trip inspections while ensuring safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Diligent attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers (CDL-A).
• Adhere to safety requirements and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Maintain drivers' logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
