Performance Foodservice is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers to support the food distribution network. This role offers Home Daily with a Monday–Friday schedule and an average annual pay of $70,000–$80,000, along with Day 1 benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.

Drivers will perform safety checks, maintain DOT compliance, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for building relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety checks.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and interacts with customers professionally to address questions.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspects tractor/trailer per DOT regulations.
• Delivers and unloads products, ensures accurate paperwork and timely delivery.
• Completes daily hours-of-service logs according to DOT and company policies.
• Keeps equipment and docks clean and secures loads for transport.
• Follows company safety guidelines and DOT rules at all times.
