Performance Foodservice is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to support America’s food distribution system. The role emphasizes safe, on-time delivery, customer interaction, and adherence to DOT regulations while representing the company on the road.

You will drive tractor-trailer or straight truck on local and interstate routes, maintain safety checks, and ensure accurate paperwork and signatures at delivery. Competitive pay and Day 1 benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Mansioni

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers ensuring questions are answered accurately and timely.
• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver goods.
• Performs required safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and maintains vehicle safety standards.
• Reports safety issues and repairs as needed.
• Delivers customer orders according to route schedule and secures signatures.
